Welcome to Petal Pop! By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. We tried to keep the legal jargon minimal 🌸

1. The Basics

You must be 18+ to order. By placing an order, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you're ordering for someone else, you're responsible for the order.

2. Orders & Pricing

Availability: All products subject to flower availability. Nature doesn't always cooperate!

Pricing: Prices in USD. We reserve the right to change prices, but your order is locked in at checkout.

Substitutions: If a flower is unavailable, we'll substitute with something equally gorgeous (or better!).

Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of order.

3. Delivery

• • Area: We deliver across Los Angeles and surrounding areas
• • Same-Day: Order by 2pm PST for same-day delivery
• • Fee: $15 flat rate. FREE on orders $150+
• • Timing: We provide delivery windows, not exact times
• • Issues: Not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or incorrect addresses
• • Recipient Unavailable: We'll leave in a safe spot or with a neighbor (per your instructions)

4. Returns & Refunds

Fresh Flowers: Can't be returned, but we guarantee quality!

• • Not happy with quality? Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
• • Photo proof may be required

Cancellations:

• • Cancel up to 4 hours before delivery for full refund
• • Same-day orders can't be cancelled once in production
• • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

5. Subscriptions

• • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel
• • Cancel anytime online (no fees!)
• • Skip or pause deliveries as needed
• • Pricing may change with 30 days notice
• • No refunds for current billing period

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee fresh, beautiful flowers. However, we're NOT responsible for:

• • Improper care by recipient
• • Natural wilting after 7 days
• • Allergic reactions
• • Pet or child damage
• • Water damage to furniture
• • Extreme heat or cold exposure

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, logos, and content on Petal Pop are our property. Don't copy, reproduce, or steal our stuff. We work hard on it! 💪

8. Limitation of Liability

Petal Pop is NOT liable for:

• • Indirect or consequential damages
• • Lost profits or opportunities
• • Emotional distress
• • Property damage beyond the order value

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County courts. Let's keep it local! 🌴

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our site means you accept the updated terms. We'll notify you of major changes.
